  • Christmas decorations
  • Novelties & kids toys
NB: Food vendors MUST be either European or Christmas foods.

How to apply for the Christmas Markets GC 2019...
  1. Read the Stallholder & Food Vendor Guidelines by clicking the button above 
  2. Fill in the application form below providing as much detail as possible
  3. Upload your best product pictures for promotional purposes


  • Stallholders will be selected on their "fit" based on the information and pictures provided. 
  • Incomplete applications without photos or lacking in detail will not be considered. 
  • Successful stallholders will be notified within 10 working days of their application being received. 
  • Food vendor approvals may take longer.

    Stall holder & Food Vendor Application
    Please provide high quality pictures of the products you intend to sell and a picture of your stall set-up.  These pictures will aid the decision process and we recommend you provide as much detail as possible.  Applications without the adequate pictures will not be processed.  Only applications with attractive promotional photos will be promoted on our FB page.  No further photos will be accepted after application.

3. Use a different browser (especially if using Safari)

Form may take a couple of minutes to submit depending on the size of files you are uploading. 
Once submitted, a message stating the application has been submitted will be displayed on the page.
